Thursday, May 21st: Vehicle Check-In & Registration will be in the Auction Office from 12pm - 6pm.
Friday, May 22nd: Vehicle Check-In & Auction Office will open at 9:00am.
Saturday, May 23rd: The Auction Office will open at 8:00am.
Sunday, May 24th: All Auction Vehicles must be removed from the Hot Springs Convention Center by 12:00 Noon. Any vehicles left at the Convention Center after 12pm Bud Ward's Auction Co. will not be responsible for.
